Wilsonville psychiatric hospital applicant sues Oregon Health Authority
The group looking to build a 100-bed psychiatric hospital in Wilsonville has sued the Oregon Health Authority.
Newco Oregon Inc. said the agency "has violated Oregon law and the agency’s own administrative rules by repeatedly delaying a decision on a certificate of need application." The delays have led to “exponentially higher development costs … and increasing costs to patients as a result.”
The company filed its suit in Marion County Circuit Court.
