Effectively understanding how to hire this talent and bank on these highly qualified candidates is a vital step towards effectively hiring and retaining Veterans at NIH. We will discuss the various hiring authorities available for Veterans and highlight the Operation Warfighter Program, Warrior 2 Work and the NIH Veterans Incentive Program.
