Introduction to Zika Virus Disease

World Health Organization. 06/2017 This course aims to provide knowledge about communicating effectively about Zika virus disease. The four modules cover Zika virus and related complications; prevention of Zika virus transmission and management of related complications, such as microcephaly and Guillain-Barre syndrome; risk communication and community engagement activities and strategies for Zika response; and best practices to improve sexual and reproductive health in the context of Zika.
