CVS's Omnicare to pay $23 million to resolve U.S. kickback case

BOSTON (Reuters) - CVS Health Corp's Omnicare unit has agreed to pay $23 million to resolve a long-running whistleblower lawsuit alleging that it took kickbacks from a drugmaker, according to settlement papers released on Friday.
