Publication date: September 2017 Source:Phytochemistry Letters, Volume 21 Author(s): Nhi Y Thi Nguyen, Tien Huu Nguyen, Phu Hoang Dang, Quan Le Tran From the n-BuOH-soluble extract of the whole plant of Centipeda minima (Asteraceae), the investigation on chemical constituents led to the isolation of three new compounds including 3′-desulphatedatractyloside (1), 15-O-[α-l-rhamnosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucosyl]grandiflorolic acid (2), and 2α-hydroxylemmonin C (3), along with five known compounds (4–8). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the NMR spectroscopic analysis. Graphical abstract
