Report: 445,000 Mass. residents would lose insurance in five years under GOP plan

A study commissioned by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Foundation contends that the Republican bill to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act would cost Massachusetts $1.4 billion annually and cause nearly half a million residents to lose health insurance by the time it's fully implemented in 2022.
