'Neighborhood Docs' seek PILOT for Lamar clinic

Three applicants — two of them doctors — applied for a payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) to support a multispecialty health care center in an underserved area. Dr. Joseph C. Greer, Dr. William Terrell Jr., and research analyst Rodney S. Myers want to establish "Neighborhood Docs" to expand the work of the Good H ealth Institute in the Cherokee Heights area.
