CBT and fatigue

A small study followed 11 people with MS undertaking cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) over six years. Three quarters reported better sleep and about two thirds said their fatigue was reduced (though they still showed clinical signs of fatigue). From the CMSC/ACTRIMS conference.
