Renal Cell Carcinoma in a Pregnant Woman With Horseshoe Kidney

We performed open radical nephrectomy when the pregnancy was completed. Kidney cancer is rare during pregnancy and the symptoms can be mimic urinary infection. The diagnosis and its management can be a challenge.
