Neoadjuvant chemotherapy increases rates of breast-conserving surgery in early operable breast cancer.

CONCLUSIONS: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a useful treatment to downsize tumour in early breast cancer, thereby increasing the rate of breast-conserving surgery.
