Sopko Port Site Recurrence (PSR) following laparoscopic tumor resections has been reported for a variety of tumors. Though PSR is a rare phenomenon, they most commonly occur following nephroureterectomies for upper tract urothelial carcinoma. Herein we report a novel case of a PSR following a robotic assisted nephroureterectomy for the sarcomatoid variant of urothelial carcinoma of the upper urinary tract.
