Intraoperative Optical Coherence Tomography-Assisted Descemet Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty for Anterior Chamber Fibrous Ingrowth

Conclusions: We conclude that intraoperative OCT is a useful tool during DSAEK surgery, particularly in complicated cases such as anterior segment fibrous ingrowth and significant corneal edema.
