PRES related reversible epileptic Antons syndrome (P4.072)

Conclusions:Epileptic reversible Anton’s syndrome is rarely seen with a handful of reported cases. We report a patient with CLL that developed PRES and seizures as a complication of chemotherapy and Anton’s syndrome from documented occipital PLEDs that resolved with control of electrographic seizure activity. Occipital PLEDS should point toward the hope of reversibility of cortical blindness from PRES related seizures and EEG should be more frequently utilized in PRES as it may detect sub-clinical seizures requiring more aggressive medical treatment.Disclosure: Dr. Siddiqui has nothing to disclose.
