Implantation of two second ‐generation trabecular micro‐bypass stents and topical travoprost in open‐angle glaucoma not controlled on two preoperative medications: 18‐month follow‐up
Conclusions and RelevanceIn OAG eyes on 2 preoperative medications, treatment with 2 second‐generation trabecular stents and 1 postoperative prostaglandin resulted in mean IOP ≤13 mmHg with reduction of 1 medication, with favorable safety. These findings show the utility of second‐generation trabecular bypass with postoperative prostaglandin in patients with OAG.
