[Gardner-Diamond syndrome in a young man: A case report and literature review].

CONCLUSION: Gardner-Diamond syndrome is a rare and unrecognized disorder, which should be discussed in the presence of ecchymotic or purpuric lesions that do not have a diagnostic orientation.
