The Monument contains 20 rock imagery (petroglyphs and pictographs) sites associated with the late Archaic (2000 B.C. â¿¿ A.D. 500), northern Sinagua (A.D. 1100â¿¿1250) and Yavapai/Apache (late 1800s â¿¿ mid-twentieth century). This project will complete baseline documentation at five sites. Tasks include archival research and completing scaled mapping, high-resolution digital photography, 3D imaging, and narrative and tabular data.
