Conclusion LVNC should be looked for at any dilated cardiomyopathy particularly in young patients. It requires a careful echocardiographic examination and sometimes CMR to confirm the diagnosis. It is characterized by severe systolic and diastolic dysfunction that would provide poor prognosis.
