Health titans University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins slug it out over Maryland heart market
Johns Hopkins Medicine-backed Anne Arundel Medical Center won its bid to host the state's newest cardiac surgery program Thursday from the Maryland Health Care Commission.
It was a major win for the hospital amid what had become a battle of giants for Maryland's heart market.
