TRAIL-R1 polymorphisms predict the risk of development of hepatocellular carcinoma in Egyptian patients with chronic hepatitis C: a case control study

Conclusion: DR4 polymorphisms are associated with the risk of developing HCC in HCV patients and can allow better risk stratification of those patients and can help in the early detection, management, and better outcome of HCC/HCV patients.
