Hyponatremia in the Prognosis of Acute Ischemic Stroke
Conclusions: This is the first study to demonstrate that hyponatremia is associated with acute mortality and poorer discharge dispositions and to confirm that higher mortality occurs in these patients, even after 12 months after a stroke.
