(MedPage Today) -- Case Findings: A 28-year-old male living in a tropical area in Mexico presents with a 1-month history of progressive, pruritic lesions on his back, legs, and buttocks. The lesions erupted a day after he visited a jungle village where he ate snake and armadillo. He has no pain and no fever. The lesions have evolved from vesicles to pustules, and have increased in number, with new lesions appearing on the legs and behind the knees.
