Fibro ‐Osseous Pseudotumor of the Digits Mimicking Pyogenic Granuloma

We present a case in a 13‐year‐old girl that was initially misdiagnosed as pyogenic granuloma. Familiarity with this entity and imaging and histologic studies are necessary to avoid incorrect diagnoses and aggressive surgical interventions.
