In a perfect world, you and your significant other would fall straight asleep cuddled in each other’s arms every night. But most of us don’t live in perfect worlds. We live in the world of hot sleepers, blanket hogs and... snorers.  Snoring can be a sign of obstructive sleep apnea ― meaning if the snoring is regular, loud and sometimes causes gasping noises, your partner should get checked by his or her doctor. Other, less serious causes include drinking too much before bed, allergies, colds and sleeping on your back.
