Le diverticule para ur étéral avec reflux vésico urétéral type III: un cas inhabituel

Conclusion le diverticule para urétéral de Hutch est rare et entraine des difficultés diagnostiques. La symptomatologie n’est pas spécifique. La diverticulectomie par chirurgie ouverte suivi d’une réimplantation urétérovesicale donne un bon résultat. Introduction the paraureteral diverticulum is an unusual congenital uropathy. We report a case and discuss the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspect. Observation M. K, a 3-years old male patient, admitted for recurrent acute urinary retention. In the history: surgical treatment for right inguinal and umbilical hernia. The voiding cystourethrography confirmed the diagnosis of paraureteral diverticulum with vesicoureteral reflux. The patient underwent diverticulectomy by open surgery with ureteral reimplantation. Conclusion the paraureteral diverticulum is rare and the diagnosis is not easy. The symptomatology is not specific. The open diverticulectomy surgery followed by ureteral reimplantation gives a good result.
