Welcome to the May 2014 Hysterectomy Association newsletter. It’s been great getting a bit of a welcome break from all the bad weather we’ve had here in the UK over the last few months. In fact I’m sitting writing this one in a tee-shirt and shorts no less. Given that I’ve been welded to a hot water bottle for ages, that’s a result indeed. However, I realised that the warmer actually makes it harder for me to sleep. Recognising this I decided to crowd-source the answer in our wonderful Facebook community. Other News Items We’ve been contacted by a researcher who is undertaking an MSc in Counselling Psychology at Keele University. Beverley is researching the experiences of women who are childless by circumstance rather than by choice.
