Early Toxicities Associated with Radiation Based Conditioning for Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients Undergoing High Dose Therapy and Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation (HDT-ASCT)
Introduction: Radiation therapy (RT) is an effective modality in treating Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL), and pts not receiving prior RT routinely received a radiation-based conditioning regimen w/ ASCT if all sites of nodal disease could fit into a radiation field. We aimed to determine the toxicity impact of RT [intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT)& total lymphocyte irradiation (TLI)] after HDT-ASCT.
