Tom Frazier Joins UAMS Orthopaedic Clinic (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. G. Thomas Frazier has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as a hand and upper extremity surgeon. He specializes in hand and microsurgery and has a special interest in joint replacement of the hand, wrist and elbow, and joint arthroscopy for the elbow and wrist. Frazier will see patients at the UAMS Orthopaedic Clinic on Shackleford Road in Little Rock. Frazier earned his medical degree at UAMS, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery and a fellowship in hand and microsurgery. He has been practicing in Little Rock for 28 years. Carole Farmer has been named administrator at St. Bernards Clopton Clinic in Jonesboro. She previously was assistant administrator at the clinic beginning in July 2011. She also previously worked as an adjunct professor of managerial accounting at Arkansas State University. Cornell Maltbia, Dr. Thad Hardin, Jeff D. Standridge and Dr. Greg Kendrick have all received new appointments at Conway Regional Health System. Maltbia has been appointed chairman of the board of directors. He joined the Conway Regional board in 2010 after serving on the health system’s community advisory board for several years. Hardin and Standridge have also joined the board of directors.
