General anesthesia with a native airway for patients with mucopolysaccharidosis type III
ConclusionA combination of dexmedetomidine and propofol provided effective general anesthesia with a native airway during the procedures. Although upper airway obstruction was noted, it resolved with simple airway maneuvers without further airway intervention.
