Determinants of Patient Activation in a Community Sample of Breast and Prostate Cancer Survivors

ConclusionsPatient experiences of their care (i.e., ease of access to clinicians and sufficient time spent) were reflected in their levels of patient activation. Future research examining the role of patient activation on health outcomes among survivors is needed.
