Effects of 10 weeks of high intensity interval training and green tea supplementation on serum levels of Sirtuin-1 and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma co-activator 1-alpha in overweight women

Conclusion Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the supplementation of green tea with high intensity interval training can significantly reduce weight, body mass index, and undesirable effects of obesity and overweight by increasing the levels of STRT1 and PGC-1α.
