Significant Leadership Experience and Starting Late?
I'm currently in charge of 3 different clinical studies, a statewide review of palliative care (with supervision and help from a nurse), and soon, maintenance of an international neoplastic meningitis registry. I'm also trying to found a club. These all have started in the last couple months. Is this sufficient leadership?
I started to really get involved with this and volunteering after I decided I wanted to pursue an MD and not a PhD, this summer. I'm kind of a late bloomer, as it were....
