FTC, Endo propose agreement to resolve pay-for-delay dispute

Endo International and the Federal Trade Commission filed a joint motion in the U.S. District Court in California Monday seeking approval of proposal that would resolve all disputes between the pharmaceutical company and the federal agency relating to the alleged "pay-for-delay" patent infringement settlements Endo entered into with generic drug companies.
