Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: an unusual case of chronic diarrhoea in a child.
We present a rare case of a-12-year boy who initially presented with abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting and progressive weight loss for over a two-year period before he was finally diagnosed as a case of ZES with the primary tumour in the pancreatic head and with multiple metastasis in both the liver and lymph nodes.
