Management of parotid sialocoeles with USS guided BOTOX injections

Introduction: The management of parotid sialocoeles has developed during the years. Surgical management for such a benign condition can be considered overtreatment considering the risks. Not doing anything can also be unwelcomed by the patient. USS guided Botox injection offers a good alternative with minimal risks and good outcomes
