Gambia: Brikama Four Nurses Trial - Three Acquitted and Discharged

[Foroyaa]Ensa Jarjue, Adama Darboe and Fatou Sonko, being the first, third and fourth accused persons, who were all former employees of the Brikama Health Center, were on Wednesday, 15th April, 2014, acquitted and discharged by the court, relying on Section 166 of the Criminal Code Procedure (CPC), which exempts them from entering defence as no testimony went against them in the trial before Principal Magistrate, Dayoh M. Small Dago, of the Brikama magistrates' court.
