A Combination of Thoracic and Abdominal Grafts to Treat an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm with Hostile Proximal Neck
We present the case of a 82-years old man affected by severe left hydronephrosis, kidney and ureteral tumor requiring nephrectomy, that presented also a very voluminous AAA with a large diameter (96 mm), presenting also with a large proximal neck (39 mm) and with a severe angulation of the proximal neck (> 60 °).
