The magnitude of change in the fetal cerebroplacental ratio in the third trimester and the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome.
CONCLUSION: Our results suggest that both the individual CPR z-score and the magnitude and direction of change of CPR z-score can identify women whose pregnancies are at risk of various adverse perinatal outcomes, however, the CPR z-score at 35-37 weeks gestation appears to be a better predictor of outcomes.
