The effects of magnesium supplementation on subjective anxiety.

CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Mg in the treatment of anxiety in the mildly anxious and those reporting premenstrual syndrome-related anxiety is suggestive of a beneficial effect of Mg intake.
