The Hungarian Government requested the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe to apply the Public Health Aspects of Migration in Europe (PHAME) toolkit to examine Hungary ' s capacity to respond in the acute phase to the public health needs and challenges of large influxes of refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants.
