Impact of Anthocyanidins on Mitoxantrone-Induced Cytotoxicity and Genotoxicity: An In Vitro and In Vivo Analysis

Conclusion. Combination of MAL/PEL with lower doses of MXT, especially MAL+MXT increases the cytotoxicity in cancer cells. In addition, MXT treatment with MAL/PEL reduced MXT-induced genotoxicity and protected normal cells during chemotherapy.
