Inspirational Woman Semi-Finalist in the Venus Awards

What an honour, Linda Parkinson-Hardman, the founder and CEO of The Hysterectomy Association is a semi-finalist in the Inspirational Woman section of the Venus Awards here in Dorset. The Venus Awards were set up by Tara Howard after being inspired by the Dorset and Southampton Business Women Awards, the Dorset awards began in 2009 closely followed by the Southampton awards. With the success of these regions in mind the Venus Awards is ever expanding taking over the country a step at a time. Venus Awards has been set up to recognise woman around the country for all of their achievements. We believe it is important those women are recognised for everything they do. We are passionate about the role of women in the community whether they’re a small business or a larger company. The Venus Year culminates in the National Finals where winners from all regions are invited to an event where the National Winners are announced. The Inspirational Woman award is sponsored this year by The Foundation for Infant Loss Training who provide training for health care professionals in infant loss and bereavement and parents in preventative measures to avoid cot death. They also host the Little Wings Healing Retreats  a set of unique healing weekends for bereaved families.   The post Inspirational Woman Semi-Finalist in the Venus Awards appeared first on Hysterectomy Association.
