National Impact of Maintenance Dialysis or Renal Transplantation on Outcomes Following ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction.

CONCLUSIONS: STEMI hospitalizations are more common in patients on maintenance dialysis and with renal transplants. The utilization of revascularizations procedures remains low and mortality high in these patients.
