Conclusion: Systemic autoimmune joint diseases, RA, PsA/SpA, may follow Lyme disease. Development of polyarthritis after antibiotic‐treated erythema migrans, previous psoriasis, or low‐titer B. burgdorferi antibodies are clues to the correct diagnosis.
