Clinical and Pathologic Correlation of Increased MYC Gene Copy Number in Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Comparison of cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with increased copy number of MYC to those without MYC aberration demonstrated no significant difference in survival (P  = .58) for patients treated with rituximab-based regimens.
