Objective To evaluate the end-to-end urethroplasty anastomosis (EURA) in the CHU Sylvanus Olympio of Lomé in Togo. Patients and methods A descriptive and retrospective study over 30 months on 34 patients who underwent EURA. Results The mean age was 44.79±15 years. The full vesical retention of urine was the most frequent reason for consultation with 53% (18) of cases. The bulbar urethra was the most affected seat with 67.6% of cases. The etiology was infectious in 55.9% of cases. Suppuration of the wound was the most found complication with 14.7% of cases. The success rate in our series was 61.7%. Conclusion The end-to-end urethroplasty anastomosis is the mostly used technique in CHU-SO of Lomé. This is a technique that gives good results, but the failure rate is still high at home. The postoperative complications are also common, reducing the chances of successful urethroplasty.
