Best practice advice on the 10-Group Classification System for cesarean deliveries

The cesarean delivery debate continues worldwide. The focus of the discussion has always been what the ideal cesarean delivery rate should be, often in isolation and without consideration of other outcomes. Less has been made of variations in the maternal and neonatal outcome in relation to the cesarean delivery rates.
