Population-Based Cause of Death Among Patients with Myelodysplastic Syndromes
Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) are more prevalent among older patients and are associated with poor overall survival; while many patients die of complications directly related to MDS, many die another concurrent condition, independent of or exacerbated by MDS.
