Leukemization of Follicular Lymphoma: Diagnostic Features and Clinical Course of a Rare Form of the Disease

Follicular lymphoma is a frequent lymphoid neoplasm, accounting for 22 percent of all non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in Russia. At diagnosis, some patients with FL manifest a detectable leukemic phase – leukemization (FL-LP), but this feature has been seldom described and has a poor prognosis.
