Transformed lymphomas (TL) are an aggressive, heterogeneous disease entity that usually represents the final stage of low-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (LG-NHL) progression. We investigated the impact of early transformation of TL in patients treated with anthracycline-based chemoimmunotherapy (R-CHOP).
