Cutaneous malakoplakia masquerading as pyoderma gangrenosum
We report a case of cutaneous malakoplakia in a 77‐year‐old male with pyoderma gangrenosum and a 2‐year history of a non‐healing malleolar ulcer treated successfully with cotrimoxazole.
